Evaluate an RFP with a team of AI agents

Download the files from the live demo at the LinkedIn Learning Office Hours on AI Agents in Project Management (October 23, 2026): an RFP, three competing proposals, and the prompt that turns one AI chat into a three-agent evaluation committee.

  • The RFP. A tender for a 48-month contract covering a corporate ERP platform and finance BPO services, with ten mandatory requirements, a technical scoring table, and rules for normalizing prices.
  • Three proposals. Vector, Helion, and Northbridge answer the same RFP, and each one contains details a careful committee has to catch, such as a go-live date buried in the schedule or a price converted at the bidder's own exchange rate.
  • The prompt. Three agents (a compliance officer, a commercial analyst, and a technical evaluator) work separately. An orchestrator then combines their results, lists the points that need a human decision, and recommends a ranking, leaving the decision to the committee.
  • PDF and plain text. The RFP and the three proposals come in both formats, so you can attach the PDFs or paste the text into the AI tool you prefer.

Run the committee yourself and check every number

You will receive a zip file with the RFP, the three proposals, and the prompt. Open a new chat in your AI tool, attach the four documents, paste the prompt, and compare what the agents find with your own reading. The prompt requires every number to point to a page or section of the documents, so you can check each one.
